NYC must be full of responsible cat parents but gentle Cecilia was not lucky enough to have belonged to them. Her manners are irreproachable and we wish we could say the same for her health, but someone out there didnt believe in vetting their cat (or keeping track of her) so tonight, Cecilia is utterly dependent on the kindness of strangers. Will you work hard to save her life? Or will you do what too many have done throughout her life, turn your head and let her meet the rotten end Fate and the ACC have planned for her.
