This stunning ten-year-old kitty (the ACC listed her as TWO years old, then changed it to TEN years old) was tossed into the ACC with her best pal GRACIE (who is also on tonights heart-breaking kill list) as a STRAY. Mercedes came in free of fleas & ear mites, so we KNOW she was a beloved pet cat, but she must find a new forever home tonight. Mercedes WANTS to be loved; she allowed petting on her head, but then her FEAR took over, earning her a New Hope Only rating & a trip to the euth room tomorrow at noon, despite the fact that Mercedes is PERFECTLY HEALTHY.
