Loving my crazy 3rd trimester students. Wednesday I spoke at an all school assembly at Parker. I was addressing what it was like to be President of a chiropractic college. I said you can have everyone wear blue shirts if you wanted to, but decisions that are essentially ego based are not productive and they should be made to move an institution toward the mission and vision. Well, I was teaching a class and low and behold, every student had a blue shirt on. They were so proud of themselves.
