Tonight He grilled some ribs (country style pork and beef short ribs), boneless chicken breasts(omg they were so tender and so delicious) , and I made some fried cabbage... Yummmm!! Now he has a biggggg Boston butt on the grill (leaving it on there overnight) for tomorrows dinner. Im trying to decide on what to make with it...Ive pretty much decided on potato salad but Im stuck on either fried okra or making stewed tomatoes and okra with onions...Ive been craving the stewed tomatoes and okra so that may be the winner and I think I can talk my baby into making me some cornbread from scratch with mexi corn and jalapeños....
