Low-Carb FTW! High-Carb just isnt cutting it for me anymore. I want to calorie restrict and deprive myself of vital nutrients so I can look good on the outside, in a unnatural time-span. Low-carb will make me extra lean very fast. The brain, other vital organs, our cells, and virtually the whole body run on glucose /sugar/carbohydrate as our primary energy source. But, I rather stress my body and put it through ketosis, which will make me extra lean so I can do crossfit workouts. Even though ketosis will begin to eat away at my vital tissues, Ill look so good on the outside. But, dont worry guys. Im not giving up being vegan. Instead of eating massive quantities of fruits and starches, Im just going to eat massive plant fats. Im actually planning to go on avocado island. So Im basically replacing bananas with avocados and Im pretty sure that it will help me to achieve better level of fitness and make me more lean. Carbs make you fat, and will give you very little energy. Looking at my past photos on the high-carb diet, you can tell I was fat; but now Ill be eating tons of nut butters, vegan cheeses, avocados, coconut fat smoothies, and I may have some durian.. but thats almost cutting it over the top on the carbohydrate intake, and I cant be having that! I felt super stodgy after eating massive quantities of fat in the past, but once my body goes through ketosis, Ill be A-OK! :D Wish me luck guys! Ill surely need it! #NoSugar!
