Low Carb/ High Fat Class: Starters/ snacks: - Guacamole Devilled Eggs served on a bed of rocket drizzled in a Lemon infused olive oil - Mini tuna frittata topped with crème fraiche with a sprinkle of paprika served with a herb based salad Mains: - Creamy Cajun chicken served with a baby marrow pasta - Butternut Bake Desert: - Banana Supreme served with toasted coconut and berries - Chocolate Avocado Mousse topped with fresh berries. Each client will receive the following: - A complimentary Food & Friends apron - Recipes for the class - Interactive Class (this includes sitting and eating) - A spreadsheet outlining a breakdown of protein/fat and carbohydrates for fruit, vegetables, cheese, diary, beverages etc (very helpful) - A high level outline of category of vegetables and carbohydrate breakdown to plan a meal - Coffee and Tea will be served (Bring along other beverages of your choice) I have two dates that I can host this class: 6th December 2013 Time: 09H00 – 12H30ish 10th December 2013 Time: 09H00 – 12H30ish Duration of class – (+- 3 hours) Cost per client – R300/client The class requires between 4 – 6 people.
