Low Volume Leg Workout. Worked my way up to 375# for singles on back squat and then some light pistol squat progressions and regressions. As a trainer and an athlete, Im starting to make heads-or-tails on the true merit of the #bosuball. I think generally speaking, most people approach the bosu ball the wrong way, and look to add an instability aspect to their resistance training, which is counter intuitive and pointless. Rather, the bosu ball should be used to evaluate how a trainee shifts their weight on a surface throughout a ROM and the compensations that take place because of it. In other words, its a good medium to make us aware of our instability, but its not the best tool to correct it.
