Lower Body Warm up Not only is it important to warm up before using weights to loosen up your muscles but also to ensure proper movement. If you perform the exercise using your body weight before adding weight it helps connect the mind and body about what it will be experiencing. The lunge being such a vital exercise is often done incorrectly and therefore more focus should be on technique rather than showing off doing petty squats loaded with plates. 5-10 min straight, no break and then hit that rack! #warmup
