... Lowes FINALLY called me ... They offered to buy my dryer back for what I paid for it ($950) BUT I would keep my broke dryer , I would have to pay to fix it & I would have NO warranty !!! ... Naw , that aint happening ... Then after I told them NICLEY they can do better she said we can order a new dryer , it will take 10 more days , they will swap it out for my broke one , give me a new 1 year manufactory warranty + a 3 year warranty , send me a loaner on Monday in which Ill have to take off work for ... They were very bossy telling me what they were doing and I can take that ... I asked about some type of compensation for all the trouble and hauling clothes around to wash them and they said we dont have to give you a new dryer or a warranty but we are ... Would you be happy with this ??? 5 weeks , no dryer , hauling clothes around to wash , dryer broke , no apology , no compensation ... What would you do ?
