Lucky to be alive.... I took Finley(one of our dogs) for a walk this morning around 9:00, halfway through our walk he broke out of his collar and started running down the road ahead of me, I am running and yelling and crying for him to STOP, he is stopping traffic as he is zig zaging down the road! There is one driver that managed to stay with Finley and was trying to coax him off the road, after about a half mile this driver stopped sideways in the road near a driveway, he/she was blocking both lanes of traffic so everyone had to stop, Finley then ran off the road and down the driveway and another car pulled into the driveway to block the end of it, I ran after him into some woods, finally he stopped and came to me (best feeling in the WORLD at that point)!!! I walked up to the lady that had stopped in the driveway and thanked her a million times!!! So Finley is lucky to be alive, mostly thanks to two strangers who decided to take the time to help me this morning. It was a random of kindness that I will never forget! :)
