Lugh Lamfada goes to Cannes. A project to create a childrens animated series and film based on Lugh Lamfada will debut at Cannes this autumn. MIP Junior 2013 and MIPCOM 2013 are held in Cannes in October each year. They are the premier world market for film, television and related media, and LOOKMAN will be inviting broadcasters co-producers to assist in the projects. Projects début: Mihte Lugh: the Shining One (an Animated Children’s television series) Quest for Mihte Lugh (an Animated feature film) Mihte Lugh lives in the altered reality, a world of the fairies. He enters as a contemporary boy called Jack. His dream is to be a superhero. For this eccentricity he receives ostracism from his brother, sister and the world at large. Then one day at his father’s house they go boating on the river and are attacked by swans. They fall together in to a fairy underworld only to become slaves of Balor, of the Evil Eye. They escape and are brought to the Oracle who sets them on a quest. We learn at the end that Jack proves not to be as ordinary as he thought. To read more about the great project visit
