Luk at the salaries of govt employee cadres... its immoral for govt to pay someone 120times more than another ... kaimenyi talks of best practices by govts world over yet hes working for a govt which seriously contravenes this.. the highest paid state officer must not earn more than 20times the salary of the lowest paid civil servant. Our govt is shamelessly creating a class system among its workers using tax payers money .. this is dangerous.. it only private sector that can create class depending on how one works smart... The illiterate kazungu in his bottomless earnings wonders whether teachers dont know this country is not theirs...... Duale in his part sees teachers as flies disturbing kings on their thrones ... and thinks they must be sent back to the toilets.... counties. And this is the jubilee govt that u must deal with... teachers lets unite and fight for our rights. Our demands are realistic in the eyes of any realistic human being.
