We learn 2 things: First, When it is our own human efforts, we are limited. When God is involved expect the miraculous. In their efforts they produced nothing--and it took them all night at that..However, one word from Jesus and there was an overflow. The second thing we learn it took their obedience. They were fishing all night and didnt catch a thing but because of their obedience to the word of Jesus they were able to experience supernatural abundance.
