Luminart Corporation appointed Randy Wells as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of the new Luminart Corp Leasing Company. Randy will serve as the first- ever appointed COO for Luminart Corp. Company growth and operations tempo demanded the appointment. Randy brings over 30 years of management experience to Luminart. He specializes in funding new companies and in engineering “turn-around” situations for others. He has assisted many clients in the M&A arena, from the dot boom to present, and has served as CEO, COO, and President for a variety of companies. Randy’s most recent position was that of Vice President, Business Development, Luminart Corporation.
