Lumix GM5 was tested and the received recommendation from Callum Mcinerney – Riley from What Digital Camera? Magazine. The Panasonic micro CSC provides a more stable shot when held closer to the photographer as it’s featured with EVF and that this is a successfully resolved issue for lightweight cameras such as GM5. The camera is found to be speedy, delivering accurate focus in a range of different shooting conditions and even in particularly low light. Comparing GM5 to its siblings, this camera has the fastest autofocus and ties in very nicely with its touch screen. The magazine notes GM5 to be an ideal companion for shooting city scene and that it is small enough to be spilled away in one’s pocket, thanks to its compact size. GM5’s 12-32mm kit lens was tested to be able to smoothly extend and contract, and its 16:9 ratio touch screen is nicely responsive to the lightest touch.
