Lunch... Im hungry! So I got what I had and cleaned out the crispers. What would you do with these items? Cabbage, onion, daikon, bell pepper, parsley, mushrooms, lime, garlic, ginger, green onion, a tomato... Well... I cut everything up. Except I did not use the bell pepper or tomato. I have another recipe for them. I sautéed everything in rice bran oil over high heat, added water Vietnamese spices, Chinese wine, Korean red pepper paste, Korean miso, and stirred well. Then I placed leftover organic spicy chicken wings on top. Covered the skillet, reduced the heat, simmered until wing thoroughly heated. Plated and garnish with chopped green onion and parsley.
