Lunch time: 2 pieces of flat bread Paprika 1 cooked corn, sliced off cob 1 can chick peas, drained 12 cherry tomatoes, diced 1/2 red onion, diced 1/3 capsicum, diced 1/3 cucumber, diced Juice of one lime Parsley to serve 1. Lightly brush the flat bread in your choice of oil. Ten sprinkle with some paprika. Grill until lightly golden. Set aside. 2. Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl leaving the parsley for the top. 3. Serve by tearing the flat bread into Palm size pieces. Spoon mixture into bread and eat like a little pocket.
