Cook in a pre-heated oven, at 200 degree celsius for 20 minutes. Keep rotating the sides. Mashed potato is normal mashed with lil bit butter, cream and salt n pepper. Sesame beans: blenched beans (in boiling water), fried with lil bit olive oil and sesame seeds and whole red chillies, salt n pepper.
