Lunged my new baby girl tonight. Brought her into a box and put the gear on her. Girthed up the lunge pad. Nothing. Put the bit and head piece on. Nothing. Put the lunge caverson on. Nothing. (all still the same adjustments from when Borris was here. So at least shell fit his gear!) Took her out to the yard. She had no clue how to lunge properly. But with in 2 minutes both reins. She had the idea. Give her a couple of weeks and this baby will be on fire! No stress with the lunge whip, or the kid being a monkey on the fence or the whippet and jack russell running around after her. BRILLIANT!!! I only hope shell be as good under saddle when I finally climb up there! (but not until AFTER the wedding just incase shes a fire breathing dragon with a massive bastard spinning buck!) Funny. When your not looking, wanting or expecting to find a horse at all...The horse finds you... Shame on you Coco...I was happy without my own riding pony :D xxx
