Lydia rated us 5 out of 5! Carly was lovely and is an asset to the salon but I wasnt very impressed to be told I was mistaken about my appointment with the salon owner in front of another client. Its not very professional to argue a point with a client in front of another. Please check with Carly who witnessed the original conversation and was there when my appointment was made. I was happy to have Carly tonight but had obviously had my booking altered by the owner. A bit of a disappointing start to my treatments. Lydia Whitehead.
