Lynda rated us 5 out of 5! The staff at the reception is very pleasant and welcoming. The team are very flexible when it comes to booking dates/times and always try to accommodate a last minute appointment/change. The place itself is very clean and nicely decorated which makes it a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.The overall service is excellent, to date I have had appointments for facials, nails and waxing mainly and I was never disappointed. For waxing treatments, Jessie ( the person who takes care of me for this treatment) is very professional, always ensures that I am comfortable and that the wax is not too warm. I am delighted that I have discovered Nu Essence in Dublin, really a good place where to get the best treatments and care. The only area for improvement would be the variety of brands, at the moment it is mainly Dermatologica, there used to be Decleor, I think it would be nice to have another brand to choose from. Dermatologica has good products ( I purchased some recently at Nu Essence) but it misses a nice aromatic perfume/smell. Thanks Lynda Vitel Appointment verified by Phorest Salon Software.
