Lynne Regimbal December 14 at 12:46pm I would like to address the lies that are being said about me from my previous “I like to emphasis” “BUSINESS PARTNER” according to what she insisted on calling me, even in front of my lawyer “Trent Falldien”. I have let the lies go on for some time now and will finally address this situation!! I received a call back in January of 2014 from Nancy and she asked me to join her as a business partner, she then told me that I would take care of the Sudbury area as she deals only in Verner. There were lots of happenings between the two of us but I will only mention a few: -She purchased and cat cage for me as I told her I needed one to take in small kittens as I had nothing to start with, she agreed, the total cost of the cage was $200.00 -I redid allllll her forms that were very unprofessional including her logo -I did all her advertising and promoting day in and day out -I ordered us jackets from Animal Rescue and got the logo put on at my cost -I did all the driving as did my son back and forth to Verner as Nancy does not drive or own a vehicle -I got all her fosters in Sudbury for her as she had only a few in Verner and Sturgeon Falls -I set up an appointment at Espanola Animal Hospital as she had NO discounted veterinarian; I went to this appointment alone -I lent her a folding table for her yard sale that I never got back -I was taking in a lot of cats during the summer and she would tell me alllllll the time “You better stop as cats don’t adopt out as easy as dogs and dogs bring in more money”. I would always say “that is not real rescue” -There were many times I received messages or phone calls from her adopters “irate to say the least” that they couldn’t get a hold of her to have their animal spay/neutered -There were a few times I had to pay to have HER animals fixed as she had blown the money, whereas I put the adoption fee aside for those appointments The big break up happened when I TOOK IN HARLOW a dog that was picked up on Kathleen St. he was emaciated and needed to see the vet asap. This dog was MY take in, I dealt with the vet , even the spca on this matter, she had no involvement. I spent hours on end trying to gather donations on facebook to pay his bill AS I WAS THE ONE WHO PAID HIS BILL WITH MY VISA!! Once Harlow came out of the hospital Nancy said she would foster him as she had time (of course she did lol) I agreed. The time came when Harlow was ready for adoption, that’s the day everything went down. Nancy told me she wanted to keep Harlow, I said no problem, but I did want a fee of $200 that was minus his neuter that she paid for, she got mad and said no. Once broken up I found out she was in fact taking donations for Harlow when I was the one who was paying the vet bill. If anyone doubts this please call Espanola Animal Hospital and ask them. It is very clear from all that has happened that we were in fact partners in this and what I took in was mine and what she took in was hers. All you had to do was follow our facebook group to see this. I definitely don’t need to justify myself but if she wants it out there then I’m going to tell the real story and I would be more than happy to go to court and I can assure you she will how me thousands of dollars for allllll the bills I paid. All extra (donations) would go towards other animals in need. The donation money therefore went to the animal and the vet bills...no money was stolen? Clearly MANY animals are in need and have and will be taken care of in the future. If anyone was out to steal money I am sure animal rescue wouldnt be the go to occupation to partake in...there is NO money. Just my opinion.
