M.D., Thank you for these observations about our media information platform: Zimmerman - 2:19 pm May 12 “Cash... I am gathering that you are not happy with present events, i.e. the current government situation/lies. I might be wrong. But I am on your side. Your posts are however, very confusing to the layman. I am curious what your MO is.” In order, the following is a “step one” or partial response: Happy – Unhappy - Disappointed What I am disappointed” about isn’t the object of the information provided here and elsewhere. Although some parts may seem, at times, to be a bit of a venting exercise, that’s not the motivating force. My time is easily spent writing a simple legal complaint, filing it in federal court and litigating it. I’m complex lit proficient; in addition to three years of law school, I spent seven formal years training with Ivy’s best (studying them) in the complex price economic arena. Few have. They’re not “happy” about that – or this! These former colleagues of mine, those who continue to claim to be your economic guardians or stewards, are not among those with whom I have any desire to associate. This “members only” association taught me much, including how to flip a litigation trick for significant sums. That, however, doesn’t serve program objectives. Sharing how that is done with friends, family and clients, on the other hand, does. Rather, the current object is to provide “real life information,” presented by way of interactive factual events that are knitted with a bit of legal foundation, for informative purposes. To better understand this “Facebook” window, it helps to start with the reality that this screen is an open “viewing gateway”; it’s accessible to literally everyone who can read, has a net connection and an interest. A nationwide academic, government and professional business pipeline has been constructed since 2006. It is firmly in place. Situation/Lies - Textbook America Your choice of words - “situation/lies” - dovetails into the problem being addressed here and elsewhere. It centers on “members” banking on, as you put it: Layman Confusion - No Lawyer Is Confused Translating legalese, legal deceit and so forth helps clarify confusion; that’s done, in part, by reference to simple facts and unbendable rules. Law is a foreign language. As such, introduction to law – words, rules, elements and definitions – is central to the “naturalization” process.” This is the confusion marked by Texbook-America fed to our children in the class room as opposed to what exists (for some) outside the class room: Double Citizenship (1st, 2nd) Modus Operandi, Curious - Cue Averting this would be wise, youtube/watch?v=ena0xfW0_Lo
