Although some parts may seem, at times, to be a bit of a venting exercise, that’s not the motivating force. My time is easily spent writing a simple legal complaint, filing it in federal court and litigating it. Rather, the current object is to provide “real life information,” presented by way of interactive factual events that are knitted with a bit of legal foundation, for informative purposes. To better understand this “Facebook” window, it helps to start with the reality that this screen is an open “viewing gateway”; it’s accessible to literally everyone who can read, has a net connection and an interest.
