M/S RAO GAS AGENCY PENALIZED FOR NOT PAYING THE SUBSIDY M/S Rao Gas Agency, Mandi, had ultimately to pay me the subsidy alongwith penalty. In every gas agency many customers are not getting the subsidy. I advise such persons to file a complaint with their District Consumer Forum (DCF). It is very simple. One can do it even on plain paper. No advocate is needed. There is a fee of Rs.100/- which has to be paid to DCF as IPO. The cases are decided by DCF in 1-2 hearings.
