MADISON WAS JUST AWESOME TODAY!!!! How many folks thought Madison was beyond excellent in 2014 Macys parade in NYC? I know I sure did. Ive downloaded 148MB of videos of them performing. Would you like to see more exposure of this amazing activity? I would. To start off with, pen a short but powerful letter ( 1 paragraph) Thank Macys for inviting them and talk about how great Madison drum and bugle corps was and that you hope to see more of the drum and bugle corps in the future! Macys has always been very fond of drum corps, but have felt for years that DCI was too stuck up for them. For Macys Parade, send letters to: Orlando.Veras@macys and Holly.Thomas@macys While youre at it, change a few words in the first letter and try to convince Rose Parade in Pasadena to reach out to more drum and bugle corps to participate. Express your awe at how they looked in the Macys parade today with 426 members to make that wall of sound. This letter should go to: tournamentofroses/General/contactus.aspx If we could get 90% of just those on this page to actually write these two letters, we would likely see Madison or another corps in 2016 Rose Parade.
