MAJOR GIFTS OFFICER - FOUNDATION Northridge Hospital Medical Center - Northridge, CA Northridge Hospital Medical Center The Foundation is looking for a dynamic and seasoned fund development professional to lead, manage and coordinate broad-based Major Gift fundraising efforts to secure major gifts. The Major Gifts Officer has the ability and experience to participate in all aspects of the gift cycle which are to identify, qualify, strategize, cultivate, solicit, close and steward Major Gift prospects – including Planned Gifts – from individual and corporate prospects. Requirements: Bachelors Degree required, preferably in a related field. Minimum 3-5 years experience of professional development experience is desired, preferably someone who has experience identifying and securing major gifts. Highly developed organizational, oral, written and interpersonal skills required. Excellent prospect research, solicitation and leadership skills are critical.
