MAKUENI COUNTY: Sand barons devise tricks, hit and run. (A lorry driver hits a County Government sand surveillance van, wrecks the security barrier veering off the road at Mangala-Kasikeu Ward, Kilome Constituency) The driver of this KBK 202K in an attempt to evade arrest decide to deliberately knock down the county road block, wrecking a Government car in the melee.
