MAN FOUND DEAD Unknown thugs have killed a man at Tank in Area 23. The man has been found dead this morning near Kadango superette in the same suburb. The man was coming from his work place yesterday around 8pm and because there was an electricity blackout, there was total darkness around the area and the thugs took advantage of that as most shops were forced to close early. Reports indicate that the deceased had no one to rescue him and that he was beaten to death. Police have assured the community around that they will get the suspects as investigations will commence immediately. #Kento#
