MANDATE 2015 (JOBA) IS A LEADER FULL OF POSSIBILITIES. JOBA is a leader with great attitude and first class mind for his people. His is a leader that think with his head and speak from the heart. He has the ability to discover potentials in his people and build partnership along that line. His political humily has seen him retaining his childhood and old family friends and this factor endears him to the hearts of the people. This crown him as innovative leader with growth driven initiatives, because the idea of vision can not easily translate into collective participation without unity mandate.
