MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEER Responsibilities: - Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems including failure analysis - Manage and improve the manufacturing processes in order to achieve defined First Pass Yield, Productivity and Efficiency - Ensure and validate all necessary fixtures, jigs, drawings and work instruction are available for pilot and ramp up production - Resolve pilot run issues in order to meet the required quality and project schedules - Manage the transfer of assembly, printing process on new products to other MC to ensure processes are capable for mass production as well as quality - Manage timely and effective in house diagnostic operations such as work and repair - Ensure optimization of assembly instructions and processes of hearing aids so that productivity targets are reached - Lead/participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction project - Supervise a team of Technicians Requirements: - Minimum Degree in Engineering discipline with 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment - 3 years experience in project management and pilot-run coordination - Strong Electronic and Mechanical background - Posses troubleshooting skills on Circuit Board - Problem analyzing and solving using statistical methodology - Good intercultural exposure with strong operational knowledge - Knowledge in lean manufacturing and six sigma will be an advantage - Able to work independently and has aptitude for technical details - Excellent team player with good leadership quality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Other information: Working days: Monday to Friday Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm Basic salary range: $4000 - $5000 (depending on experience and qualification) Interested applicant please send your resume to: phyllis.see@gmprecruit (Only Shortlisted candidate will be notify) GMP International A division of GMP Group (License No.:13C6442) EA Reg No: R1433755
