MARAKWET WEST IN TROUBLE Morning dear friends? Am at times perturbed when I asked myself questions about my area member of parliament. Who is this person? Some three weeks ago, His excellency the deputy president invited Hon William Kipkemoi Kisang to his office and wanted Marakwet West professionals to accompany him so that to discuss issues affecting the Constituency that is lagging behind in everything. This Honourable Member because of his selfish motive invited a clique of five gentlemen and one Lady to accompany him. This first demonstrate how gender insensitive our leader is. My intelligent source who was privy to the meeting tells me that the Deputy president had a number of goodies for the constituency given that they had missed a number of appointments in the public sector. At the boardroom, the deputy president was shocked to see the few individuals representing the larger Marakwet West. Ladies and gentlemen, withholding or rather not mentioning the names of in-attendance, there was nobody representing , The larger Chebororwa, Lelan Moiben Kuserwo Kapsowar. Kindly tell me if this is the person we elected? On checking the archives of the Hansard in the National Assembly, I have never seen Hon Kisang even rising on a point of order. Mzalendo (website monitoring how active a member is) ranks him among the dormant mps in the eleventh parliament.(ONLY SPOKE 33 TIMES) I just want to inform Kipkemoi arap Kapsiliot that, there is a paradigm shift in the Community because of your apt skill of perfecting discrimination in terms of employment. We all know that unless your father is well off or has a say in the society , you will never see your papers going anywhere while in the hands of this person. REST ASSURED THAT WE ARE WATCHING, NO STRINGS ATTACHED.
