MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR OUR 10TH ANNUAL DINNER AUCTION! UJO Counseling Ministries will be hosting their tenth annual dinner auction. This year’s auction will be held on Saturday February 28th at the Canton Elks Lodge, doors open at 5:00 p.m. and a catered meal from Joe’s in Norris will be served at 6:00 p.m. Marcy Goldring-Edenburn ARA will be donating her auctioneer services. Our guest speaker this year will be Eric Kelly. We thank our community for all your support over the past 9 years. Our dinner auction is our big fundraiser of the year that helps us continue to provide services to our community. We appreciate your continued attendance to our event, prayers, donations of live/basket auction items and monetary donations. If you have not had the opportunity to join us in our efforts, please take time to learn about our agency and the importance of our annual dinner auction. Our mission at United in Jesus Outreach Ministries (UJO) is to provide affordable services to each individual who enters through our doors. We provide counseling services focused on empowering individuals to overcome personal battles. These battles include family/individual relationships, anger, grief, substance abuse, victims of DUI etc. We offer services to all regardless of ability to pay. This event is our main fundraiser of the year. All money raised allows us to offer reduced and free counseling services to all those who qualify. Individuals who walk in and need services in a time of crisis are given the same treatment regardless of ability to pay. It is important to us that individuals in our community have the support they are looking for. The long term goal is healthier individuals, healthier homes, thus the result of healthier communities.
