MARKET REVIEW(1) 11.07.14(By: DORIGIN - Louisa Rahardjo) Indonesian shares retreated 84.561 points (-1.659 %) to 5,013.45. LQ45 fell (-2.21%) to 856.28. There were 22.82 mn lots of shares traded worth of Rp2.691 tn. Total negotiation value was Rp308.8 bn. Foreign investors purchased a net of 320.18 bn in regular market. 91 shares gained, 199 declined and 74 unchanged. Intraday high was 5,078.70 and intraday low was 5,008.84.The Jakarta composite ended its four-day winning streak as investors decided to secure their profits after the benchmark index surged more than 4% in a week on election euphoria. Bank Dinar (DNAR) and Sitara Propertindo (TARA) jumped on its trading debut. DNAR started trading with market cap of Rp245 bn and TARA with Rp1.06 tn. Next session may be fluctuated between 4,970-5,050. Stock picks: BMRI, BBRI, BBNI, BBTN, LSIP, SIMP, SMGR, INTP, SMBR, MPPA and MNCN.On dividend cum date: AMFG.Rupiah weakened (-0.2%) to 11,597.5 according to Bloomberg while JISDOR was set at 11,627, fell (-0.68%) against the USD.Bank Indonesia maintained its key interest rate at 7.5% while anticipating for a higher inflation in this festive season. BI expected a small trade surplus in June as CPO and coal prices fell.Most Asian stocks fell on concern about financial risks in Europe. Nikkei fell near two-week low as Yen was traded near seven-week high against USD. In China, investors looked ahead to GDP data next week. Oil prices dropped as Libya double its production while Gold set for the longest weekly rally since March.
