MARKETING SUPERVISOR for a Logistic Company in Riyadh Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients Cultivate new sales leads to establish business Sell and negotiate Logistics’ services Responsible for securing and maintaining new business Provide quotes for current and prospective clients Update and maintain Logistics Management System Perform analytical and logistics planning Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed Achieve individual, team, and company goals Work closely with Logistics & Financial Managers to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently Organizing shipments Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys Negotiating and agreeing contracts Developing and confirming schedules Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies Liaising with staff Provide outstanding customer service to all external and internal clients Job Specifications: Approximately 1 - 3 years of experience in the marketing field in Service industry preferably Logistics. Any Degree - Preferably B.Com 2 Years Experience in Logistic or any other Service company field as Marketing Supervisor or similar post in Saudi Arabia. MBA A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel in entire the Kingdom and GCC if needed. Proficiency in English & Hindi. Proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Confident and dynamic personality Ability to work both independently and within a team Extremely organized and detail oriented Must possess a strong work ethic Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills We aren’t just looking for… • Safe players.
