EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SATISFACTION SURVEY, through July 30: The Fort Stewart/Hunter AAF Civilian Employee Engagement Satisfaction Survey will be conducted through July 30. The survey is a tool for the Garrison DA Civilian employees to assess our Garrison Civilian Leadership and Management practices. Your participation is essential. This is your opportunity to voice your concerns and recommendations. The Garrison Commander is provided the results of this survey. Your feedback is important to improve all services throughout the garrison and directorates. Changes to the survey this year are the addition of a Resiliency and Wellness category for you to rate the resiliency training, Civilian Fitness Program, and other wellness programs. All individual ratings and comments are strictly anonymous. We ask that you take a few minutes to honestly rate the garrison and provide feedback and/or ideas for improvement. The Civilian Fitness Program provides opportunities for Civilian Employees to improve their health, well-being and overall resilience.
