MARS BAR AND COCONUT SLICE Ingredients 100 grams of butter 1 bag of mini mars bars 4 cups of rice bubbles 2 blocks of Cadbury chocolate 1-1.5 cups of desiccated coconut Put SC on high Add butter and mars bars to SC Stir after 35 minute leave In for another 35minutes stir again then if its melted together( may be slightly lumpy) add 4 cups off rice bubbles mix till it is all combined line tray with baking paper spread Mars bar and rice bubble mix in the tin evenly and put aside. Melt 2 blocks of Cadbury dairy milk chocolate on low should take 30 minutes depending on SC then add 1-1 1/2 cups of coconut to suit your taste Stir until both are combined then spread chocolate and coconut on top of the Mars bar mix Put in fridge will take about 2 hours to set ENJOY!!!! (I used 2 different blocks of chocolate so I melted 1 and added half the coconut and spread it over half of the tray of Mars bars then melted the other block added the other half of coconut and spread it over the other half so it was half white choc and half milk choc)
