MATAPANG KA LANG PALA SA MGA WALANG KALABAN-LABAN MONG MGA BIKTIMA... 😈😈😈 ************************************* ON ARREST Jovito Palparan: I don’t want to be killed by the enemy By Aries Joseph Hegina INQUIRER.net | August 12, 2014 at 9:46 am MANILA, Philippines – After having allegedly killed hundreds of civilians as a soldier and an officer, retired Major General Jovito Palparan, known as “The Butcher” has admitted that he feared being killed by “the enemy”. “I don’t want to be killed by the enemy,” said Palparan in a live radio interview when asked how he was arrested early Tuesday by joint operatives of the National Bureau of Investigation and the Naval Intelligence Group. Palparan, whose reputation for being ruthless against suspected members of the Communist Party of the Philippines earned him the monicker “The Butcher”, said he wanted to be detained in a jail facility where his security would be ensured and that he won’t be killed by “the enemy”, which would be considered a victory by “the movement”. He identified neither “the enemy” nor “the movement”. Palparan also said that apart from his security, he also demanded that his health be checked as he was worried that he may be underweight. Mesa, Manila by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Malolos regional trial court on charges of serious illegal detention and kidnapping of two University of the Philippines Diliman students Karen Empeño and Sherlyn Cadapan who were abducted by alleged military elements. Palparan has a P2 million bounty over his head and one of the “Big 5” most wanted men in the country along with Former Palawan Governor Joel Reyes and his brother, former Coron Mayor Mario Reyes, former Dinagat Island Representative Ruben Ecleo Jr. and Globe Asiatique developer Delfin Lee.
