MCA,S;I have a feeling that of all the State officers/Constitutional Officers,Mca,s are being Mistreated,Mishandled and Discriminated.It was a struggle for them to get Better Salaries,Cars and now its a struggle for them to get Offices,Support staff and Drivers.While that is the case Civil servants have all this enabling support.The Role played by MCA,s is very key;Oversight,legislation and Representation And unless they have enough support they may not execute this Mandate properly.Their Rank as State officers demands that they receive similar treatment Like Other State officers(MP,s, AG,Commissioners,Governors,Ps,DPP) etc.This are the pple who have direct impact in our lives through the Laws,Budgets and requlations that they Pass.They also have a say in the Process of Amending the Constitution,,,,,,,,,,,,,
