MD COLD SNAP IN PERSPECTIVE: yes, it’s going to get colder here in MD…but don’t expect the headline grabbing cold in the Mid West and Rocky Mountain states. We will see temps 15 to maybe 20 degrees below average…that means Highs in the Upper 30s & 40s, and overnight Lows in the 20s. Most of the record Lows for Baltimore in the second part of November are in the Teens. So…we will most likely not even break any records. From that perspective, the cool snap in July over the summer was more impressive. The weather pattern will be active though…and there could be a little rain or snow at times over the next few weeks.
