MEADOWHEAD FARM Summer Show Sunday 3rd August 2014 Ridden Showing To start at 9am prompt All classes £5 Class 1: Confined Best Rider Confined to exhibitors who livery or ride at Meadowhead Farm. Class 2: Tack and Turnout Class 3: Ridden Coloured Open to horses and ponies 4 years old and over. Class 4: Ridden Mountain and Moorland Open to horses and ponies 4 years old and over. Class 5: Ridden Horse/Pony Open to horses and ponies 4 years old and over. A small jump may be included. Class 6: Lead Rein Pony Ponies not to exceed 12.2hh. Riders not to have attained their 10th birthday before the day of the show. Ponies to be 4 years old and over. Show Jumping Jumping classes start at 11am prompt. All Classes £5 Class 7: Wobbly Riders Riders may be lead. Fences approx. 40cms cross poles. Class will be split into horses and ponies if entries suffice. Class 8: Nursery Novice Fences approx. 50cms. Class will be split into horses and ponies if entries suffice. Class 9: Novice Fences approx 65cms. Class will be split into horses and ponies if entries suffice. Class 10: Intermediate Fences approx. 80cms. Class will be split into horses and ponies if entries suffice. Class 11: Open Fences approx. 95cms. Class will be split into horses and ponies if entries suffice. Class 12: Pairs Jumping Fences approx. 40cms and 60cms. Both riders jump one round against the clock, fastest times wins. Class 13: Chase-Me-Charlie Split into horses and ponies. One jump that gets raised every time competitors clear it. Horse and pony that jump the highest win. Games To start at approx. 3.30pm (after jumping finished). £10 for all games. Games are: 1. Bending 2. Ride and Run 3. Flag 4. Bean Bag 5. Flat Out Class 14: Lead Rein Games For riders 10 years old and under. Class 15: Junior Games For riders aged 11 to 16. Class 16: Senior Games For riders aged 17 upwards Show Rules 1. All dogs must be kept on leads and under control at all times. 2. The judge’s decision is final. 3. Riding hats and appropriate footwear must be worn at all times when mounted. 4. Meadowhead Farm accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury to any horse, rider or spectator whatsoever. 5. Meadowhead Farm reserve the right to ask any competitor, spectator or animal to leave the premises at any time during the show. 6. All entries will be taken on the day.
