MEANING OF TRADOCRACY Tradocracy is defined as four arms system of government meant for the well being and progress of the people. It expresses the tradition and culture of the people for betterment of the people. It means that it is the government of well being of the people. The recognition of all professions as arm of government (Researchure) gave tradocracy its name, because every one has a profession that is practiced by the people which has formed a culture and a way of life of the people. So this basic values and norms of the society can not be left out in a system of government. The expression and application of different professions in a society or community prescribe a culture and tradition of a community. Every profession contribute meaning fully to the society, so no one profession is superior to the other, all are equal before the law and in function. Eating of food, wearing of clothes, treatment and management of ailments, buying or using electronics and cars, govern our well being and daily life. It therefore means it is not only law that governs the people. One does not need law to eat or to wear clothes. Every one must eat food, wear clothes. A lawyer can not stand in the court naked, a lawyer needs to eat, a lawyer treats his ailment when he is sick, a lawyer uses electronics at home and in court, so all these activities govern our lives. It is not only law that governs the people, so it is morally wrong to made law profession only as arm of government and neglecting other professions. All these mentioned above belong to professions such as agriculture, fashion and designing, medical sciences, engineering e. t. c. No profession is superior to another. Tradocracy tends to correct the inequalities of other systems of government and people. Significant and competent population of a country are left out from electoral competition in democracy simply because of money. Tradocracy makes electoral competition free for all, electoral competition is free for all to avoid indirect discrimination of class of people by government, stop class warfare and to give equity, equality and fairness for all. Tradocracy uphold basic principle of fundamental human right and professional right, free religious association. Professional right law makes all professions to be equal in function, dignity, value and equity. Both majority and minority rule in tradocracy because of the electoral process. The pattern of selecting and electing candidates ruled out partisan politics. Partisan politics brings division, tribalism and segregation in politics of a nation, however, opposition is allowed. No God fatherism and no dictatorship in tradocratic system. Morality and brotherhood is raised to high esteem. It is a positivist system of government that is anchored on empiricism and pragmatism. Deductive approaches are not allowed. There is equity/equality and fairness, no person is above the law. Free trade is allowed; public and private trade. Tradocratic systems also study the correctness of any system of government and try to avoid conflict and disunity within the people. In tradocracy no government shut down due to partisan politics and every one has right to good welfare and good governance.
