MEDICAL PHYSICIST opportunity: Ministry Health Care/Affinity Health System has a full-time (exempt) opening for a medical physicist to help support its clinical radiation oncology services at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton and Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, WI, located 23 miles apart. Hours are generally between 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our clinical sites are ACR accredited and we are seeking a highly motivated medical physicist to support our clinical operations and to help us maintain compliance with the accreditation standards and AAPM professional guidelines. Experience with Tomotherapy Hi Art and Varian True Beam accelerators, ARIA record and verify information system, and Eclipse treatment planning is required. Additional experience with Nucletron HDR and Varian VariSeed LDR brachytherapy systems is highly desirable. Current equipment includes; 2 Varian True Beam and a Tomotherapy HiArt accelerator, Varian Eclipse treatment planning, ARIA v10 record and verify information system, Nucletron microSelectron HDR unit with Oncentra Masterplan treatment planning system, and VariSeed LDR prostate treatment planning system.
