“MEET YOU AT MY CONDO” STORY If we are to comment on the interviews as reported in the media, we will notice and can’t help but ask some questions: Foremost, I am more inclined to believe the version (even if possible na may mga withheld info) of VHOOM that it was a SET-UP… If he really intends to rape DEHINS, why did he leave the door of the unit open or unlocked? If it was not a set-up, is it a coincidence that her friends are coming over to her condo? If she said that she expects them as they hav a “lakad” on that same evening, then why is she not yet in her night-out attire but still wearing shorts as she claimed? (Unless ofcourse she simply wears shorts to go out as compared to the attire of her friends who came for her). Is it also a coincidence that there is a duct tape inside her condo unit? If the purpose is simply to pin down VHOOM, it is undeniable that what he suffered is way too much from what he should simply get for 2 men to pin him down. VHOOM’s version that he was tortured at gun point is more believable. If VHOOM really resisted and also threw punches and fought, there should have been some bruises also on the part of CEDIREK but there seems to be none. If DEHINS claimed that she also got some “kalmots” then she could easily show the same to the media or atleast went to the hospital for medico-legal if she really wants some protection for herself just like what she claimed as her reason for going to the police for the blotter of the incident. Money as damage for the condo properties? Oh come on… tell it to the Marines. Okay din na lumabas agad si VHOOM sa media in order to prevent the camp of CEDIREK in posting and spreading the video showing the “pambababoy” sa private parts ni VHOOM. Because once the existence of that video is proven or shown, it will only give more credence to the story of VHOOM. I believe that even if the demand of CEDIREK and DEHINS camp for money is fulfilled, there is no assurance that he said video will not leak anymore. Now, they should delete all copies of the said video as it may be used against them. Were you able to listen to the interviews on the policemen? They were surprised that one the colleagues of CEDIREK accompanied VHOOM inside the police mobile on their way back to the condo parking lot to get VHOOM’s car (to make sure he will not talk to the police). When the police chased VHOOM and asked for his statement, the police said that VHOOM responded “Huwag na po, alang-alang sa pamilya ko” (which means that he fears for the safety of his family, supporting the statement of VHOOM that CEDIREK threatened him and his kids/family). Anyway, what is alarming is the fact that there are people who really acts with impunity. They act as if they are above the law. As if their wealth can buy anything like “justice” and anyone like law enforcers and administrators of justice. Peace and order is a major issue here. I will not be surprised if the POORBEST Woods Condominium management will not easily cooperate and will eventually try to go with the version of CEDIREK and their tenant DEHINS. Why? Because the version of VHOOM will create an impression that their tenants are NOT secured from wealthy and influential people like CEDIREK who can do anything he wants without being reported by their own security guards. In fact, there is a great possibility that these guards are even accessory if not conspirators to the crime. They should be investigated and might as well include those policemen in civilian clothes who took the blotter who may be contacts also of CEDIREK.
