LUCY IS SITTING IN HER KENNEL AND HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO BE TAKEN OUT SINCE SHE WAS DUMPED AT CASTAIC CA SHELTER OVER A MONTH AGO..Lucy has been crying to be taken out and have human interaction... The volunteers cant take her out until she has a temp test and the shelter has not done the test... Too under staffed.!!!! Please call the shetler and DEMAND A TEMP TEST FOR LUCY . I will find out She was dumped at Downey on 11/1, adopted and they only had her for a few days and dumped her at the Castaic Shelter.. A 4772131.. They didnt give her a chance..
