MELANEY W My family is in need of prayer! The past year has had major life changes, and while I am struggling to find my relationship with God (which was lovely & strong years ago) again, everything seems to be in a whirlwind. With that being said I can feel Gods presence even in this chaos, but I struggle with trusting Him in ALL things. I am almost 4 months sober and I am grateful beyond measure but my husband of the last 11 years is still in active addiction! Our kids are 8 & 9 and they dont understand where he is or why, they are hurt and my oldest is angry! I pray often for my babies and for my husband, I am afraid he may die out on the streets!! He has lost 170 lbs since October and it just scares me! People keep telling me Rejection is Gods protection and a lot of other things bad about my husband! I believe in who my husband is deep down, we were in church and involved when we got married, we both prayed b4 we decided to get married, my 9 year old says mom we havent seen dad in 6 months why dont you go get a divorce idk if she heard my family say that or what but I dont believe in divorce or giving up on those you love but it seems like nothing is going to get better when it comes to my marital situation! So if all that makes sense or even if it doesnt please pray for us Please!
