Inspector Margeinette Yosores Talisay Philippine National Police Inspector A police woman who sits in council meetings in the Talisay City LGU and she push for the support for the rehabilitation of the Lagundi reef. PO2 Joel Lopez A police officer who brings police intervention to violators of the Sanctuary Protection Ordinance of the Lagundi Reef Philmak Pablio A Divemaster who is well versed in Diving equipment maintenance. A dedicated volunteer in coral reef rehabilitation, once a diving guide in Malapascua.but gave it up to do advocacy work for the reef. Rex Villavelez A college Biology professor that conducts research and underwater photography that aims to document the biodiversity of the Lagundi reef. Ray Anthony Brady He is an advanced diver who is well versed in underwater clean-ups and is also a dedicated volunteer in coral reef rehabilitation. Fritz Ervin Candralo A volunteer diver, who participated in many clean-ups. Works at Island Souvenirs as a Lifeguard. Darem Villarante A volunteer diver, currently under further training
