MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND FORECAST Good morning everybody, well we certainly had some serious weather yesterday, with flash flooding impacts that were more than noticeable. I hope everyone made it through without too much strain, but some of those photos were hairy to say the least. Some street flooding could be seen this weekend, but hopefully not like yesterday. Heres what you can expect day by day: Saturday/today - some scattered showers could be seen in the afternoon, and tonight. Highs in the mid 60s, and a thunderstorm is not out of the question tonight. Sunday - this is the transition day, and with transitions can come thunderstorms. Some storms could become strong, and possibly severe, producing small hail and gusty winds tomorrow, with highs around 70 or a little better. Memorial Day Monday - SUMMER! Highs in the low 80s, mostly sunny, gusty west wind up to 30mph, as the shortwave pulls away. Its a one day bout of summer, as a backdoor cold front drops back through our area Tuesday and beyond with cooler weather and more showers mid-week. I hope its a great weekend for you.
