MEN IN BLACK do exist. They are also in Kisumu. You can hire them at short notice for security at funerals and other social functions. You can also hire them to cause mayhem in political rallies of rivals as was seen at kasarani during the odm elections. They are mainly young men in their thirties,educated and wellgroomed. They can easily mingle with recognized security men who guard politicians without suspicion. To acquire their phisyque they have to undergo a rigourous body building excercise. Some can be seen in social places acting as bouncers. At ordinary times you will see them in casual trousers and tshirts which expose their six pacs and huge biceps. They are cool but rough when is called for. To get in touch with them one needs to know the wheeler dealers and hustlers who are abound in kisumu.
