MEN PLAY TO WIN: We are on our way to a successful and healthy life. I want to thank Marlon Barbour and Kenneth Brown for continued engagement to a healthy lifestyle. Marlon is getting it in Virginia and Ken and I met up today on Tookany Creek Parkway. We had no plans to meet; it just happened that way. Heres what I am learning as I reflect on the process: when you are intentional about making changes in your life, things will begin to happen. Your time will suddenly be synchronized with someones elses time (as it was with Ken today) and you will be introduced to a culture of people who desire the same results (so many people a smile at me while I am riding my bike).
