MERRRY MERRRY MERRRY Tuesday, Mental Health FUN day MORNING my pretttys...Just a wee little one today, got a bit on, some dancing, some games, a BBQ, some LAUGHING, he he he, YAY, what a day has been planned!!! Our Mooonie is heading into Capricorn, the Goat of the zodiac...The Goat tries hard, to CLIMB that mountain, this will be sooo done today for alll that come to this AWESOME event & live a life in faith & LOVE...YAY... Aaah, I sooo feel the lighter vibes today & sooo hope you guys do tooo...There is alot going on in this world, sooo if we each, yep, every single one of us are here for a reason, work together as a TEAM, we can sooo chip away at healing this world...*CHEEERS to that I say... My guides are telling me: If we dont LOVE ourselves, loook after ourselves, then how can our bodies pay us back in a goood way!!! Give & receive it goes...If you put cigarettes into your body for example, this can bring about at least 25 different heart diseases, & hey, it might not be now, but it will happen...Fizzy drinks, these help the increase risk of death from cardiovascular disease...WOW hey...These things we LOVE, are slowly killing us...Our philosophy is - If it doesnt come from an animal, sorrry to vegetarians & animal lovers here, out of an animal, offf a tree, or out of the ground, it is NOT GOOOD for you...Packaged fooods, processed fooods, these are HIGH in salt, fat & sugar...ADDDED yucky stuff, ALLL to not help us to be healthy & live a goood life...
